An experienced senior executive and entrepreneur, Moritz followed his passion for sustainable health and hidden tech champions when he joined biocrates in 2019. He began his career in the world of finance and gathered over 10 years experience as an advisor in M&A transactions. He later became managing director at one of Germany’s largest buy-and-build networks in online marketing tech.

​Fadi steers biocrates’ corporate strategy. As the point-person for our sales and product development teams, he connects the dots between metabolomics research and customers’ challenges. Fadi also oversees biocrates’ North American operations, focusing on strategic partnership-building to grow our footprint in the biomedical research community.

In 2018, Fadi brought to biocrates more than two decades  of experience in mass spectrometry based multi-omics industry, gained in tier one businesses. Fadi has a PhD in Biochemistry from the University of Houston and has completed two postdoctoral fellowships at Harvard Medical School and Los Alamos National Laboratory.

​Alice connects biocrates with the ambitions of the scientific community. She is your contact person for scientific collaborations and works to maintain biocrates as an essential partner in cutting edge applications of metabolomics in biomedical research.

Over the last decade, Alice has been a passionate advocate for omics within the scientific community. She is the author of The STORY Principle, her book on how to reap the benefit of metabolomics. She is the host of The Metabolomist, the biocrates podcast where she explores the latest developments in metabolomics research. Alice holds a PhD in Molecular Biology from Medizinische Universität Innsbruck and completed postdoctoral research there and at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

​Sebastian develops the biocrates brand. He is your contact person if you seek to make metabolomics your own to further extend the reach and impact of metabolomics in applied markets. He oversees biocrates’ marketing and customer experience operations.

Prior to joining biocrates, Sebastian worked as a consultant in the pharma industry and mass spectrometry sector. Since 2019, he has worked passionately to raise the profile of metabolomics technology within the scientific community. Sebastian is a trained biochemist with a PhD in Neuroscience from Ruhr University in Bochum.
